🔎All athletes will receive a complimentary assessment at weeks 1 and 5 from a Doctor of Physical Therapy to identify any areas of concern coming off the fall season and heading into the spring season.
⏱️They will then be provided a customized rehab program to be performed, at minimum, during an alloted time prior to each training session.
🏋️After this alloted time for their rehab program, atheltes will transition immediately into the group training session with our strength coach.

The programming focuses on General Physical Prepardness, or foundational fitness training, which will develop athleticism and fitness that translates to just about any sport.
Athletes will improve:
Speed
Strength
Coordination
Movement Mechanics
Stability
Work Capacity
All while reducing your risk of future injury and missing out on playing time.
This type of training is inclusive of all fitness and athletic abilities while still challenging and developing the physical capabilities of each individual.

Brad is a residency-trained board-certified sports physical therapist, founder of Top Tier Physical Therapy and Middletown Native. After receiving his bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science, he returned to the University of Delaware, the #1 ranked physical therapy program in the nation, where he earned his doctorate in Physical Therapy and masters in Anatomy and Clinical Health Sciences in 2018.
After graduation, Brad completed a year long sports residency program where he rounded with local Orthopedic physicians, gained experience providing medical and sideline coverage for athletic and sporting events, and expanded his knowledge with the treatment and management of athletic injuries.
He has a passion for remaining active himself, including running and CrossFit, and is dedicated to keeping athletes and active individuals performing at their maximized potential while settling fears and misunderstanding regarding injury, movement, and exercise.
